Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please notify us via email (hello@thegloveladyinc.com). All tags must be attached to the product and it must be in its original packaging. Should you want to return your purchase, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Some exclusions apply - please see below.

We always stand behind our collections and if there is an error on our part, we will always issue you a return authorization. In that case we will send you a shipping label with the return authorization number via email to return the item back to us with a tracking number.

Once received, we will issue the refund for the returned item.

The following items cannot be returned for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

Face Masks - Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of face masks.
